Suit yourself. When you're dead after the plane has crashed or flown into a building, I'll be on the next flight out reaching my final destination safely, knowing I'll have a family to return to.
This was absolutely a dangerous situation, and one I would not have tolerated. I've been present to see GA's not allow pax like this onto planes before. I've also, along with a number of other EXP's, made calls to the desk to make sure that we were either accommodated on another flight or made sure that a pax like this was not allowed on an airplane. (Late last year at OKC was a good example...CRJ7). There's just too much at stake. Are YOU willing to risk it?
You seem awfully worried about the possible occurrence of events that to my knowledge thus far have not happened in the roughly 4.5 billion year history of the earth.
