Flying back home on BR after my wife broke her leg, we found the on-board wheelchair to be very convenient.

Looking at the AC fleet on aircanada.com, it looks like virtually all AC mainline planes do feature an on-board wheelchair also. Which may very useful on our next trip.

Any experience on requesting/using it? Are crew typically helpful in J, or are they reluctant to bring the thing out?
