I logged into MMB and my pre-assigned seats have shifted. Was in 19A outbound and 19K inbound (selected as there is no row 19 on the 787). Now in 22K outbound and 23K inbound. MMB shows aircraft type is 788 on both flights but the seatmap is not showing. Called the Gold line and they say row 10 is blocked off for now and the first row in ET is row 21 which has been allocated already for my flights.
Definitely worth trying to change at T-24 OLCI and then printing your BP...Wish you luck in getting WT+ still. ^

We're in CE and I'm Gold so we'll be using the Flounge. I am happy to guest people in but I presume I'll be doing that for my son on the outward leg.
On the return both of us can guest people in to the JAL lounge?? Please advise. If we can then we're happy to do so. He's 8 BTW - Can an 8 year old guest an adult?
Thanks for the additional info, I've updated the DO thread accordingly. To clarify: you'll need to guest your Son into the Flounge so won't be able to guest anyone else at LHR.
An 8 year old can guest someone in to a lounge but only if they are gold or silver or OW equivalent status holders (or flying F). He can get into the lounge with the CE ticket though so you could guest one at FRA if anyone needs it. Thanks for offering to guest.
There are stories on here of a few families where the kids have gold card status and have to guest their parents into the lounges.
