I did the program during 2012 and did not renew. Like the higher fee AMEX cards, you have to do your homework before signing up. It either fits or not. It was a good program for one year. Did five stays and redeemed for a night in Hong Kong. Had no problem understanding the terms and conditions before paying the fee.
