To me, it would be worth the points. That said, I shudder at the thought of flying in economy on a long haul international flight.

I enjoy the meals, and I can't sleep at all in coach, and even find it difficult in business/first. Having at least a decent nap on biz flights generally avoids most of the jetlag for me.
