It opens in time for the first guests. So, if guests have been told to check in at 6.30am, then it opens at 6.30am. If the first departure isn't until 9am (very unusual) then it would open at 9am.
Thanks Kat! Is it odd I am excited about the lounge? I wouldn't even mind if I showed at 6:30 and we did take off until 9. I travel a lot too, but the views from the lounge and available showers have me oddly giddy.
