some dude, that is fantastic that you were able to change your flight! However, did you book directly through Singapore Airlines? I called SQ earlier today, but the agent (most likely from the India call center) claimed he could not do anything because it was United Airlines that issued the ticket (we booked through UA). When I then called UA and asked that agent to get SQ on the line, the UA agent told me SQ would not release award seats for the previous day (which has neither saver nor standard award availability).
