Upgrading to Business with 25000, worth it?
I have another question, if somebody can advise...

I will fly NH1005 LAX-HND around midnight 2 days later.

I have E ticket, prem. economy, only on NH1005 leg, because during booking there was no other ticket available and the outbound is E and I can tell it is $400 more expensive than regular economy (I did some search days before that when it was still available.)

I did research that it will cost me 25,000 miles to upgrade this to business class. I have 9000 miles in ANA and 100k something in United and also chase award for 60k. I assume transferring to ANA is instant from chase?

Do you think it is worth it to upgrade?
