Their housekeeping service is definitely having some issues. Last time we stayed there they really didn't do the room properly. There was some strange smell in the toilet and I found a big piece of soap left by previous guest and the housekeeping missed it. They didn't even clean the table and all the crumbs were there when we came back.

I like the staffs though, we visited 3 times and they remembered us and even commented that our kids have grown quite some since they saw them last. GM is very friendly - Mr. Nacho talked to her on the phone about pre-upgrade and she is very generous about it.
