Oliver, the information on JP was amazing, thank you!! Is Amadeus the reference source of knowledge for that information? I've had JP ground agents tell me stuff that is directly contradictory with what you wrote above.

And, I hope I'm not asking for too much: Can you see if there's the same for OU in Amadeus, just to confirm that too?
