Just posting to mention that 10 days have passed and the bag is still missing. By now I imagine the chances of it being found are slim to none.
Having to deal with the reality of a lost bag and the airline saying they will only consider reimbursementfor items with a receipt.
I have several relatively expensive items, sports equipment in particular, that I purchased with cash were quite new but for which I have no receipt since the warranty was just 30 days or a short period. Is there any way to get lan to pay? I have pictures of most of the Lost items?
