GOV rate
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE ID-GOVERNMENT CREDIT CARD OR TRAVEL ORDERS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN
Same hotel, same night. Only need ID for FedRooms.

Other chains (Hyatt especially) actually says "can be used for leisure travel."
