One other quick question, if I may? I will be flying PEK-HKG-BKK etc. with CX in Business. I have had a look at the BCIA website but am a bit confused about the rules governing liquids and carry on luggage. I am not clear if PEK-HKG is viewed as a domestic flight (presumably therefore no liquid allowed) or international when it would appear I can take up to 1 litre in 100ml containers. I also think I am only allowed one piece of carry-on?
Any clarification would be gratefully received!
HKG is considered International for that matter. However, I've never heard about a rule that you can't take liquids of 100ml max (just like international standard) in your hand luggage, and have travelled a lot domestic with bottles <100ml.
