I have some questions with regards to ramen. Out of the various different types of broths you can choose from, are there any really light ones when it comes to fat content?
How about
coffee ramen (sans ice cream/bacon)?
I don't generally eat ramen because of the salt content. Though, one nice thing about some soba dishes is that they are served cold, very refreshing and light, particularly during the summer.
