Compared to 99% of the "business category" Sheratons you find in the US and Canada, the Taipei rooms are like the Taj Mahal. Compared to the rooms of, say, the W Taipei, the Sheraton Taipei falls behind.
If you've stayed at the Sheraton Hong Kong, the room quality is similar.
The Sheraton Taipei is clean, very well maintained and delivers excellent service - I would recommend it in a heartbeat.
