the beancounters may be advising not to notify of every schedule change
as it could potentially lose them a considerable bit of revenue (as they allow changes for free when THEY have a change of plans, while charging $120-- as of this fall, if I recall correctly-- when you do.

They obviously have the capacity to do so, but do they have the will to do so ie, is the good will (or absense of bad will) worth it to them?
