Grand Hyatt Hong Kong gets my vote. But write to the manager in advance and ask him to ensure you are given a renovated suite. I offered to pay extra for the renovated suite (using a GP Suite Upgrade) and they immediately wrote back saying no additional fee would be reuqired and they put me in I beleive a diplomatic suite. Very nice.
