Thank you for this. Not only display the changes online, but allow you to accept or change them if conditions are met online. I have a Delta itinerary in September that has changed twice now. Do I care? Maybe a little bit, but I'd care a heck of a lot more if I hadn't immediately been notified and been able to adjust the itinerary to something more agreeable. It really is the right customer focused approach to take.
