It was adequate - for the money I paid. Good even. Then again, I never tried 'Full Luxury Service' airlines, like, I dunno, Emirates (?).
My criticism isn't directed to FAs or service, it's directed to the equipment of that 767 I flew last Friday - old, battered, smelly (kitchen & loo smelly - especially in my seat, 4A) - plus what I've already mentioned - less storage space around, no normal power outlets and corrugated plastic screen between the seats instead of semi-transparent solid one - which tends to scratch my neighbour's ear.
