From what I understand the highest level you could reach on MH andoneworld flights is Enrich Gold/ow Sapphire.
To reach Enrich Platinum/ow Emerald you have to fly exclusively on MH. That's 100,000 MQM or 130 MQS.
They have Delta, Etihad and even Firefly as partners to earn miles but not counted for status.
It says on their website:

Surely it's not just exclusive travel on MH?
