Generally the business class service was acceptable and typical. However, approximately 45 minutes before the flight landed, I was curtly refused a refresh of coffee due to the "galley being closed". Other J passengers appeared to received water in plastic cups. Additionally, the pre-landing refreshment of sparkling water went out with the cookies well before landing.

I understand that the flight arrives late in the evening and the FAs have hot social engagements and want to get off the aircraft ASAP, but service should be provided up to the point when the Captain directs the FAs to prepare the cabin for landing.

Anyway, another data point for hit or miss service these days...
