My question isn't about how to book a fedrooms rate. My question is on what are you basing your assertion that the rate is allowable for leisure travel. If I use this rate, and am ever questioned about why I fraudulently used the government rate for leisure travel, I can't very well say, "someone on Flyertalk said it was okay."
