ISTR that BA had plans to refurbish the lounge. I don't think that's yet been done, has it? Maybe things will be better if/when it happens.
But if I were in BA's shoes, I think I'd want to see how things settle down with SYD. If SYD is abandoned after all, then SIN might in the longer term go down to one flight a day (perhaps an A380 when there are more in the fleet?) and there might no longer be a case for having any BA lounge at SIN if pax could be directed to a suitable alternative.
