Update: So mum got another Secure message saying that the CSR had made a mistake and that the $5000 CL wasn't really available for use.

So the CSR said that she was going to go ahead and remove it from her account. And it's done. The old account is no longer on her profile.

But...
Wait for it...

Her new Freedom MC credit line has now increased by $5000.
