Thanks for your data point. Many many MANY people have received both 50K bonuses in a given calendar year, though not for the exact same card. There are 4 versions of it (business and personal, both Plus and Premier).

Maybe Chase is changing its policies.
My understanding was that you could get the points for a personal version (premier and plus) and a business version (premier or plus), but not for two of the same.
