My sister just became a DM a couple months ago for the first time. She had to use the benefits now because she wanted to redeem the SWU's as well rather then wait. Still not sure what that means for program year how the base it as I never bothered to understand it. Two agents have now said its effective to February 28th, 2015...but Delta.com still says February 2014....but of course Delta.com has never been know for its "accuracy"
