Aer Lingus flight crew fly the Little Red planes...the cabin crew are actually recruited and are employed by Storm McGinley although Virgin and Aer Lingus are involved with the recruitment process and the training takes place at the Aer Lingus training facility in Dublin.

Also I used to be cabin crew and would always read PA's out from the back galley as I found it easier to read the announcements out as I found they sounded much clearer as for some reason I tended to stumble a bit when I didn't read them!
