That, unfortunately, is consumer driven. When a plane crashes, people respond and PR nightmare causes the airline lose business. But when AVOD doesn't work, most will sit and take it (or some of us will complain, they'll throw a few thousand miles our way, and we're "satisfied"), so why change at all?
