I phoned YouFirst 3 times on Sat regarding CCR access and got 3 different responses.

We are on a BA F flight arriving from BKK to T3. We have decided to book a separate flight and go to Newcastle from T5 that afternoon so wanted to use the CCR.

The first lady I spoke to said we could not use it and we were only entitled to use GF. Having already looked at the lounge access guidelines on FT I thought I would ring back.
The second lady we spoke to said we couldn't use any of the lounges in departures only the arrivals lounge and the third person I spoke to could not have been anymore helpful ! He said it would be no problem at all, booked a cabana for us and said all we needed to do was show our f boarding passes from our inbound flight.

I'm so confused now.....
