Split Iten [itineraries with Avios], what are my options?
I have a upcoming trip with the family in december. STL-MIA-LIR (RT). The family's tickets are all on BA - Avios miles. My STL-MIA is paid on AA. the MIA-LIR-MIA-STL is on avios miles. The flight time in the layover in MIA just went illegal this morning. previously the landing from STL was at 9:40 with a 10:40 departure. Now it is 9:45 with a 10:20 departure.
I know I can get BA to change the families trip with little effort. Can I get them to change my MIA-LIR leg to match the changes to my families since technically that leg is not illgeal? If BA changes my airport (to say STL-DFW-LIR) on my families how much of a leg do I have to stand on to get them to change mine to DFW-LIR? I realize im probably out of luck on my paid STL-MIA leg, but in all honesty it was $109 and I don't mind throwing that away to get things consistant.
Also, can I get BA to just cancle all 4 flights and refund the miles so that I can choose a different destination? The 3 flights are all on one PNR, my BA is on one PNR and my paid AA is on a 3rd PNR.
