So with flight timings I did not quite retain Gold and I can see my silver pack has been ordered as expected. Tier Points have reset annd dates also show as expected:

Membership year ends 08 Aug 2014
Card expiry date 30 Sep 2013

My only query is that it says .... "To retain your Gold membership you need 800 points."

Does this mean I can get my gold back with 800??
