Thanks for the feedback. It looks like 9W probably won't be flying BRU-YYZ in the not too distant future due to their proposed alliance with EY and AF/KL so I am going to book the BRU and IAD option. If 9W is still around in the winter I might reassess, I am curious about flying 9W/AC since I have never flown either carrier.
