A colleague is an employee of the Australian federal government and is travelling (for leisure) to the US early next year. As a HHonors Diamond member, his preference is for Hilton properties.
One particular hotel he's looking at has the following against the government rate: "FEDERAL GOVERNMENT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE ID-GOVERNMENT CREDIT CARD OR TRAVEL ORDERS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN".
Does this mean that either a government credit card or travel orders are required, or does it read as though government employee ID is also acceptable? As he's travelling on leisure he won't have orders and he does not have a government credit card anyway, but he could obviously satisfy the employee ID requirement.
