As
igel stated, you should have no problems using the QF J Lounge at SYD, flying MH J.
At KUL you have the choice of the MH or CX Lounges. The CX Lounge is small, a combined J and F Lounge and gets quite crowded toward CX departures; food and drink is fairly limited in choice. The MH J Lounge would be my choice at KUL - although the showers are one of my pet peeves (see other comments elsewhere).
According to the
oneworld website, there's only the JAL Lounge in Hanoi as a oneWorld option.
