Heading on a business trip in October which may become a regular thing if things go well. There are two direct ( well one really ) flights , emirates and etihad but it looks like I will be going with emirates. I have never flown with them before. Is their miles program generous? I see it's a 777 - 300. What seats are best to book ( I am with my business partner for the flight )

Are the seats a fully flat bed ?
