yes but SQ has always managed to get their government to successfully negotiate more slots in their agreements!!1 ( inspite of QF not using most of its slots to SIN)- in the same way HK should be able to do so (If the agreements were dependent on how many slots aussie airlines were using then most foreign carriers would be banned from Australia considering QF's limited network!!!!)
are you seriously equating 5th freedom flight agreements with what CX wants?!!!!
AU-US for SQ is a totally different matter (considering the fact that the Singaporean govt does not rule either of those countries!!!!)
