It looks like OZ somehow managed to get a QS bird from somewhere else to continue the QS service to/from SFO.

The one already delivered even though it is a QS bird, but it is 3 class, 3 class bird doesn't go to 2 class routes, and that new 3 class QS bird go right to JFK-ICN. JFK and ORD swap planes that's all so that JFK get daily 3 class and QS service, ORD become daily service.
So no, the overall QS planes did not go back to what it was before the crash, it only add to the existing service already planned, not putting on SFO/LAX/LHR.
