Just need a reality check. 13A vs 15A which is quieter? Otherwise seems to be no difference. I'm thinking you get more lav traffic at 13A, but the catering and FA movement is greater at 15A. I've flown UD but only once forward of the exit door and that was with the old seats and on a domestic flight (ie didn't matter).
