I know SFO does not guarantee a QS 100%, I fly SFO-ICN occasionally, and have been unfortunate enough to experience an equipment swap.
I was referring more to the impact of the accident last month, as it removed a QS bird from OZ's fleet.
It looks like OZ somehow managed to get a QS bird from somewhere else to continue the QS service to/from SFO.
