My preference when I am in Japan:

Japanese style curry rice. CoCo curry is good as curry at Sakura lounge at Narita!
Yakisoba
Ten zaru
Curry udon
Okonomi-yaki
Ramen, don’t have preference. Like soy sauce based Tokyo style, tonkotsu (pork) based Hakata style, miso flavor originated from Sapporo. I also like Japanese-Chinese style Shisenn (四川) ramen.
Katsu-don
Tonkatsu
Japanese croquette, any kind but plain potato and curry flavor is my favorite.
Along that, croquette udon
etc.

Have anybody had Japanese style spaghetti? Spaghetti with mentaiko (明太子), cod eggs pickled in hot pepper. Spaghetti Napolitan, tomato sauce and tomato ketchup with Japanese sausage, onion, and peppers. I also like macaroni gratin, along with shrimp burger by Lotteria which uses fried shrimp patty.

I am getting hungry!
