Of course you can revise your seating on Manage My Booking and OLCI, so if there are other seats available, you can fix it. With motion sickness, I would think that seating over the wing would be preferable. I find farther back has more pitching oscillation, while the wing I just feel translation of the plane as a whole. I am not allowed in the exit row (deaf) so never have that seat, but aren't the windows in exit doors just big enough to see who is on the other side of the door? The preferred aspect of the row is the legroom, not the view.
Revised to say, 27A is not that far back from the wing. I was thinking of the smaller plane. Still, you have a better view forward of the wing, and not in the door.
