I am sure that this is answered somewhere but I did a search for this but couldn't find it.

Could you someone please confirm whether, if I book my EK flights via a travel agent, specifically Lastminute.com, I still get my Skywards miles and tier miles? And, if so, is there any procedure I need to go through to make sure that happens?
