Sorry but you should read the very useful sticky thread on FB basics in this forum. What you quote simply refers to the minimum base mileage for short flights. It means that if you fly FCO-NCE which has a real distance of about 300 miles, the base mileage used is not 300 but 750. This means if you are on a 50% earning class you will not earn 150 status miles but 375.

The information provided by irishguy28 is entirely correct and I'm pretty certain there isn't a single case of a €100 segment on any European FB airline earning 100% miles. So you should do either more segments or a longer flight (e.g Tel Aviv is often well priced from central Europe and would give you the right miles with a connection. Istanbul might too but depends on connecting point).
