I purchased a couple of tickets yesterday, no problem that I know of. But I will keep track of these bookings for a few days to make sure they stick.

I am still not ready to try purchasing miles yet. I've got a flight next week, and I think I'll take that opportunity to do the buying, when I'm checking in. That was the suggestion put forward by the agent when I called to get my two charges removed from my credit card a couple of days ago.
