A big part of the challenge is that the Explorer Map seems not to be working consistently (i've tried different computers...). Sometimes a destination does pop up in a class, and when clicking on it it also shows availability in another class, but did not show on the map for that class.

I am looking for 4 seats in either CW or F (could be 2 in CW and 2 in F) next July to LAS/PHX/LAX, and back from SEA/YVR, ideally using Avios and redeeming a GUF2. I feel it might be better to call, unless anybody can recommend a strategy ?

I find it a real challenge to redeem in premium classes on BA. I checked M&M and would get the seats on LH almost any day, but I would prefer to use my Avios.
