Yeah, the LGA shuttle like is simply supposed to be a "fast" line for avoiding the general/Sky Priority Line. But if you have Pre-Check you can use that line too!
Not to be dense, but there's a separate Shuttle line at BOS for security? Having flown this a lot, I've never noticed it...not that it's not there.
