The actress Karen Black has passed away - the heroic FA from the disaster movie "Airport '75"

Airport 75 was the movie that subsequently inspired the very funny "Airplane" series of films.

Take a look at the trailer - has all the classic 1970s moments of pure cheesiness that you will recognise as being so brilliantly sent up by Leslie Nielsen and his cronies in Airplane.
