Hey all,

I have been trying to load some Vanilla Reload cards onto my Bluebird account online. However, the website just keeps hanging.

I called the 877 number and tried loading on my phone but the automated service did not work. I have been trying to call the number again but now it goes straight to beeping.

A little worried something might have happened.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
