I had a WestJet FA carry my laptop through customs and meet me in the international arrivals area at YVR once after I left it in the seatback pocket. Bless her heart.

Another time left a Tumi umbrella in the overhead coming off a BA flight (again to YVR), and got into a terrible back and forth between the airline and the airport referring me to each other's lost and found. Gave up after an hour.
