Posted this in Award Accelerator thread here yesterday. FWIW, all miles posted within 24 hours.

Went on-line to purchase Award and Premier Accelerator miles. Got error message saying call on-line support desk. OK.
Called on-line support. They said "it is known bug that if you change a segment from original ticketing (I upgraded return with miles), the purchase has to be processed manually. Call Mileage Plus desk". OK.
Call MP desk and they said "we can only process award miles not premier miles. Ask them to speak with supervisor. OK."
Agent comes back and says "we can manually process both. Award miles will post immediately upon payment and premier miles within 72 hours".
OK.
Asked if they could send receipt and explanation to my email on file. they say "No, just use confirmation number". OK.
Total time for all both calls is 63 minutes. Not OK.
